The best time to visit Greece, Italy, Turkey, and Croatia is from May to June and September to early October, when the weather is pleasant, crowds are smaller, and prices are more balanced. July and August are hotter and busier, especially in popular coastal destinations.
Yes. Greek island hopping is straightforward thanks to frequent ferries and short domestic flights. Popular island routes such as Santorini–Mykonos–Paros or Crete–Santorini are well connected and suitable for first-time visitors.

You will primarily need Euros (€). Greece, Italy, and recently Croatia (as of 2023) all use the Euro. Turkey uses the Turkish Lira (₺). While many tourist shops in Turkey accept Euros or US Dollars, it is highly recommended to carry some local Lira for small purchases, taxis, and entrance fees.
Greece, Italy, and Croatia are part of the Schengen Area, allowing visa-free travel for up to 90 days for many nationalities, including U.S. and Canadian citizens.
Turkey has separate entry requirements and may require an e-visa, depending on nationality.
To do justice to both countries without rushing, we recommend a minimum of 12 to 14 days. This allows for roughly 3-4 days in major cities (like Rome and Athens) and enough time to relax on 1-2 islands or coastal regions (like the Amalfi Coast and Santorini). If adding a third country like Turkey, a 15 to 17-day itinerary is ideal.
Yes. Greece and Italy are often combined in a single itinerary using direct flights between Athens, Rome, Milan, or Venice. A combined trip usually requires at least 12–16 days for a comfortable pace.
A deposit of 30% is required to reserve a package. Bookings received less than 45 days prior to the arrival date must be accompanied by full payment.
