An excursion offering both beauty and historical interest.

We will drive across the beautiful landscape of Macedonia, which is called the “Garden of Europe”.
We proceed to Vergina the place of the Royal Tombs, where we visit the King’s mausoleum and the famous museum with finds of the Tombs of King Philippos II the father of Alexander the Great and a lot of the famous gold findings  which were excavated and are now on display in major museums throughout Greece, including Thessaloniki.
If time allows we continue  to  Veria for a short  visit to see the famous Steps (Bema) that St. Paul had preached .
