This is just a note of thanks and praise to you....In all my
years of selling travel, I have never received such praise
from a client regarding there trip and experiences WHILE on

It was a
pleasure meeting you and your staff, when my wife and I were
in Fira. The tour of Greece arranged through your office was
unbelievable. It is difficult to explain to our friends and
family through our pictures (ps. we took 1500+), as one
needs to go and experience the land and vista. The
individuals we met on our travels were very friendly,
helpful and polite. We also shared laugher with them and
listened to their stories.
Initially, I had some concerns when booking this trip "over
the internet"; but they were immediately eliminated as all
your arrangements were "as described to us" and all
transport were "on-time". At each location, the hotel staff
were very positive and provided us with excellent
information regarding local restaurants, sites and tour
ideas. When traveling through the islands, we enjoyed the
experiences of local "family owned" hotels, shop keepers,
ferry transport, buses and taxis. CHAT tours did an
excellent job during our tour of the mainland classical
sites.
There
are many highlights during our three weeks in Greece. And,
between the three of us traveling, we had many discussions
regarding our most memorable experiences (and usually, they
changed daily). But as I am sending the email, I get to
choose:

Syros - walking down from Ano Syros to the harbour cannot be
missed by any traveller and will remain in my
memory forever (a hidden gem).
>
Paros - a visit to Naoussa (by the local bus) and discussing
the local issues with the fishermen.
>
Naxos - a car rental to visit the mountain villages, what
an experience in time travel !!
>
Santorini - the views of Fira and Oia when entering the
harbour.
>
Olympia - such a beautiful location for the ancient games
(somebody had the "right" idea).
>
Delphi - it does exist !! such history !!
>
Meteora - after a long drive, an amazing site and hard for
us to understand in our current context the devotion of the
builders of these monasteries.
>
Athens - the Acropolis!! Athens offers many different faces
to a visitor . I concluded that it becomes "what you want to
see" (like any other major city). Crazy traffic, congested
outdoor markets, dirty streets, broad tree lined boulevards.
Its parks are beautiful.
Again,
we extend our thank you for the arrangements and tours,
which gave us a very positive experience of many different
regions of Greece.

Dear Nikos,

Rochelle, let me take the time to thank you so much for the
trip of a lifetime. Our recent 3 weeks in Greece will be
something we will remember forever. The service you gave us,
from the waiting taxis at every destination, to the
rerouting to Crete when the Ferry couldn't make it, made the
trip completely headache free.
We recommended
you to everyone we met during and after the trip. Your
service was second to none and we can't wait until we are

Dear Ender and Nikos:
Well, sadly I'm back home, our holiday is over, but I
just wanted to write to you both and thank you for
everything you did to make our trip the best!
Everything went perfectly, you did a great job. The
hotels were just right, from the locale to the great
staff that ran each one. Hotel Arethusa was just next
door to Plaka, there's a wonderful restaurant a few
doors down the street and the roof boasts a great night
view of the Acropolis. The full day tour was
informative, and gave us an overall picture of your
beautiful country. You have the freshest vegetables and
fruits we've ever eaten and all the restaurant food was
extraordinarily delicious! We tried all different Greek
dishes, and my son now likes feta. All taxi pickups
were precise, there was never any worry, and the drivers
were very pleasant to talk to. Our greeters for each
island were also friendly, supplying valuable maps,
good suggestions, and helpful tips on any questions we
had. It was fun to be able to travel on different
ferries, and we loved the views of each approaching
island. My son Lars liked Santorini the best, but I
can't and won't decide, each island was different and
each special to my heart, with fondest memories I'll
forever carry. along with the 2400 pictures we took
between the two of us. Athens is a great huge city to
explore, Mykonos has friendly hungry pelicans, we
enjoyed intimate Paros, Santorini's awesome height, Ia's
sunsets, and Crete's Samaria Gorge. (Yes, we did the
walk, and it was spectacular! my feet were burning at
the end) It was great to enjoy all the hotels' pools,
but all your beaches and oceans offered refreshing swims
too. You have a most picturesque country, we had a
fantastic time, and I hope that I will be back to visit
again (God willing). It certainly was a trip that
covered all transportation: planes, trains, automobiles
buses, scooters, 4-wheelers, ferries and boats. I tell
everyone what a great job you both did, I'll send any
referrals to you, and when I come back, you'll hear from
me again. Thank you, Warmly, Mary (Actually, I'm
not so warm here, It's getting down to -5 C at night,
the days are barely 10 C and there's snow in the
forecast for tomorrow! Greece will always be in my
thoughts this winter, especially when it reaches -30 C
in January. Wish I was there enjoying your warmth and
sun!

I am just writing to say thank you for a wonderfully organized and
smooth running holiday! I had a wonderful time and cannot praise
all the people I met in hotels, taxis and transfers enough.
Everyone was courteous, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal
with. All my transfer were on time and efficient. My hotels
and the service I received were both impeccable. My rooms were
very comfortable and in the case of Deliades on Mykonos I was
spoiled with a very luxurious double overlooking Ornos Bay. I
would especially like to mention the lovely friendly staff in
the restaurants of Kanales and Deliades who looked after me
especially well. I would no hesitation in recommending Kivotos
travel to anyone, in fact I have done so already! Your service
was thorough and efficient with all details seen to. Thank you
again for a wonderful relaxing holiday which I hope to be able

Tess and I would like to thank you very much for helping to make
our vacation in Greece one of the best, if not THE best,
vacations we have ever had. We also greatly appreciated you
taking the time out to drive us to see the Majestic Hotel in
Santorini. Since the planning stages, you have been thorough
with the information and itinerary. This was important since we
were all the way in Hong Kong and also had a few changes to the
itinerary. Your team’s service throughout our stay in Greece

and Paul's wedding seeming like a lifetime ago. Hard to
imagine it's just over a week since I landed on your beautiful

Dear Nikos,
I wanted to say thank you for planning a wonderful honeymoon for
myself and my husband!! We had a fabulous time, and it was great
that you and your staff took care of all the details - it let us
enjoy the trip that much more.
Santorini was by far our most favorite island. I would recommend
that anyone visiting that island stay at Katikies Suites. The
manager Lefteris was so wonderful - and we had a great room with
the best view (Room 22).
All of the employees were so nice and helpful - we were treated
like royalty.
We loved Greece and we can't to come back again and visit more
of the islands!!!

Hello Nikos,
My name is Jennifer Froehlich
and I recently returned from my vacation in Santorini. I wanted
to send a large compliment to one of your staff, Ender Karadas.
He was our booking agent for our ferry tickets to get us back to
Athens. When emailing him to get the information he was always
quick to respond and very professional and polite. However, our
biggest compliment is for how he helped us out when we were
actually on the island. Our ferry got canceled due to weather so
my only hope was to call him to see if he could help us with a
flight out to Athens. He was quick to find flight information and
communicated it very easily, within minutes he booked our flight
and refunded our ferry fare. Needless to say, we were very
pleased with his prompt and helpful service! He is a very
organized and detail oriented person, perfect for this industry.
Then, on top of all that, he came (in your car I believe) all the
way to the port, picked us up, and drove us right to the airport
door in time for our flight. I have never had such wonderful
customer service anywhere here in the states and to find it in a
foreign country where you don't even speak the native language was
just so comforting and nice! We wanted to put in a word of praise
for Ender and your travel agency in general, we will definitely be
passing on your name for any friends traveling in Greece in the
future-we will highly recommend you. I hope you both have a
wonderful summer, and thank you again so much for making our trip
easier and saving us from travel disasters!! THANKS!!!!!!!! |

Ender thank you so much for everything iI
was downtown at the Fira office but i don't think you were
there. Everything went well, my wife Loves the Filotera hotel.
Santorini is beautiful a land mark of Mountains. People at the
hotel were so kind, also the taxi driver were very nice. I would
recommend anyone to Greece specially to your travel agency to

Dear Nikos,
Thank you so much for arranging our
holiday in Greece. We had a great time and everyone was
friendly, helpful and punctual. We loved the Semeli
hotel--cozy, intimate, and the staff and the food were
excellent. We liked Rosa from your office too! Santorini is
a gorgeous island and the tour of the volcano was awesome.
The tour guide was excellent too! The Greco hotel was OK..
The Art hotel in Athens was excellent, and Miranda and Zoe
were the coolest and nicest people. The taxi driver,
Stelios, in Athens, was great and took good care of us.
Nikos, in Athens (Joss) was great as well. We had a great
time and loved Greece.
